REFUND GUARANTEE

When you've registered for a writing course with one of our instructors, your full purchase price will be refunded to you, no questions asked, if you cancel your enrollment for an e-mail-based course prior to, or during the first five days after registering. When you purchase our writing courses that involve a one-time download, then we guarantee that all files contain the same information that we provide in our e-mail courses. Once you have downloaded a full writing course, however, no refunds are issued.
